Pre-school
Lollipop kids is located between the junor and girls school in the town, it has catered for pre-school children for many years and facilitates children up to the age of 5.
Primary Schools
There are two primary schools in the town of Ballinamore;Scoil Brid Naofa, this consists of boys and girls from junior infants-1st class and 2nd-6th class for girls. St.Patricks boys national school caters for boys from 2nd -6th class. There are various other schools located in the surrounding area of Ballinamore such as Aughnasheelin N.S., Aughawillan N.S., Drumlea N.S., Fenagh N.S. and Tullyveela N.S. (Corlough) to name few!!
Secondary School
Ballinamore P.P.S. is located over 3 different sites in the town of Ballinamore and caters for pupils from the immediate and surrounding areas of Ballinamore. The community and surrounding area have been seeking a new community school for many years now and this year it was announced that the new school will be built by 2013. 3rd level education
