Picturesque country parish on the west side of Ballinamore, famous for breath-taking mountain views and many trout streams, some with spectacular waterfalls such as Pulaneasa. The heart of the parish is the church, alongside which is located a primary school and a well used community centre. There is also a small shop and post office. What visitors will notice most is the strong community spirit which is shown in all local events and the friendliness of the people.
